Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying you should only listen to Larry when you’re snowed in with nothing better to do.

It’s always good to hear to great wordsmiths talking early in the morning. I just wondered
if ya’ll write down what you are going to say
or just speak what comes to mind.

Larry brings a big stack of papers with him. I bring a cup of coffee and a doughnut. No papers. No notes. Just totally winging it.
